Requesting Tax Bills
If you are requesting a tax bill please include your assessment number or property description, along with
your name and complete mailing address. Also, please include a contact phone number or email address in
case we have difficulty processing your request.
Your tax bill will be mailed to you within 5 business days.
We must have either an assessment number or property street address to process your request.

Downtown Riverside - First Floor
The Tax Collector's First Floor office is open Monday – Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The following types of payments will be accepted at this office: personal checks, money orders and cashier's checks.
Cash payments are not accepted. Services are available from the Treasurer-Tax Collector's Office,
Assessor-Clerk Recorder, and Clerk of the Board.
Downtown Riverside - Fourth Floor
The Tax Collector's Fourth Floor office is open Monday – Thursday from 8:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m.
The following types of payments will be accepted at this office: cash (through 4pm
only), personal checks, money orders and cashier's checks.

The Tax Collector's Palm Springs office is open Monday – Thursday from 8:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m.

The Tax Collector's Temecula office is open Monday – Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m.
